Years ago when I went to my 10 year high school reunion I went around and asked everyone what they were doing for work. I thought I was just making conversation but years later I realized that probably made a lot of people uncomfortable. I'm glad you noted it's well intended. I just missed my 20-year but probably would have still asked everyone the same question haha. It’s so baked in!
